With this in mind, we have honed the following processes and policies to help us create your perfect event and to help you have the peace of mind that everything is being taken care of.
{ The First Step }
We would like to start with an initial consultation with you, your fiancé, members of your families, or wedding party – anyone you wish to help plan out your vision with us. We will discuss your ideas, you desires, and your budget. Through this meeting, we look forward to getting to know you and your unique personality. This will help us convey a sense of who you are through your event.
{ All The Details }
After our initial consultation with you, we will present a written proposal of products, services and fees. With continued step-by-step conversations, consultations and some inevitable revisions, we will personalize your package. Every request is specifically catered to fit your needs.
{ Making It Final }
A non-refundable retainer fee of $200.00 will be required to reserve your date. Once all consultations and services are finalized, full payment is required two weeks before your event date. The retainer fee will be credited to your final balance.
{ Your Vision Coming To Life}
Delivery and set-up fees of $150.00 will be added to each order. If necessary, an appropriate charge will be added according to the distance to location, number of locations and quantity of items to be delivered. These and other details be discussed in our consultations with you.
{ Just In Case }
Let's face it. Sometimes life surprises us. In the unfortunate (and unlikely!) event that your event must be canceled, we request that cancellations are made no later than four weeks before your event. If a refund is necessary, it will be negotiated at the time of cancellation. No refunds will be honored after the date of four weeks before your event.
